A Califia Cosmos πŸŒŸβ˜•οΈπŸŽΆπŸͺ„πŸŒš

a califia cosmos: when cold brew serves body ody ody

look at that hourglass figure

look at that super tan cafe au lait skin

god that scent is divine!

and she's so tall!...

no, i'm not talking about the world's next top supermodel, or any existing one either. I am lusting after Califia: a cold brew ready to drink bottle of caffeinated goodness

🧳

the history of califia farms

already celebrating their 10 year birthday, this is a brand who believes firmly in the concept of food being served from its original nourishing purpose. They do this with the power of plants and by working together with manufacturers and resourcers for the good of the planet.

🎨

the iconography of califia

The icon on their products is inspired by their one and only muse, the majestic warrior Queen Califia. Best known as the namesake for the home state of California, this mythical Queen was an awe-inspiring leader, protecting her bountiful island paradise filled with natural riches.

🎩

a word on the founding father

the founder of califia and native Californian, Greg Steltenpohl, was drawn to the Queen’s pursuit of a life full of health, renewal and love.

Califia Farms thus continues to create newer, better forms of nourishment to work towards a food system that is inclusive, equitable and sustainable.

the products

now my favourite product of califia, which is thankfully stocked in abundance in the united kingdom, is the sexy and sensuous XXESPRESSO blend. rich and softly nutty in its aroma, this cold brew blend served chilled is the most refreshing and revitalising form of coffee you could ever encapsulate sipping or slurping by the litre full!

taste aside, what I feel I have to make a significant note upon is the way in which this coffee is made - with a tremendous level of love. All their beans are direct-trade sourced from Central and South America and the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. They come from farmers who pour their hearts into the craft of coffee. Together, they set their prices directly with the farmers, so their businesses can continue to grow and profit.

And the perks don't cease there!

the farmers in question don’t just care for their coffee beans β€” they tend the trees that birth the beans, the soil that nurtures the trees, and the waterways that feed the soil. it's a true labour of love for our blessed bottles of califia.

a brief explanation of the magic of cold brew

coffee that is cold-brewed truly does have some crazy magic that happens when you let coffee take its time. A slow, patient brew, using cold instead of hot water, creates coffee that’s sweeter. Smoother. And delightfully complex. But the best part is β€” you don’t have to wait at all. because it there waiting for you.... in that curvaceous bottle in the supermarket.

seasonally speaking

unlike other rtd coffee brands, califia like to get into the festive spirit and serve up special concoctions for specific months and celebrations! during autumn and winter, you can find a luxurious selection of creamers infused with pumpkin spice, cocoa peppermint and more!

take the christmassy mint cocoa creamer, for example. Snowflakes, holiday carols and twinkle lights put a grin on your face? Yeah, me too. This Mint Cocoa Creamer is full of everything nice like dairy-free deliciousness, real cocoa and peppermint. It's a holiday miracle perfectly suited for coffee lovers. And how about the sound of crunching Fall leaves?... Do you, like me, relish the scent of crackling firewood? I got you. You'll love their almond milk blended pumpkin spice and coconut creamer - which is made from real pumpkin puree, real spices, and just the right touch of sweetness. ALL with NO hydrogenated oils or artificial colours: yaaaas queen πŸ‘‘

🌟

It's time to get cool with califia my dears.

Stocked im sainsburys, tesco, waitrose and all other major food outlets, go on the califia hunt... and join the cosiest coffee congregation of all πŸ’
