Salads have a bad reputation, I find. People associate them with hardcore vegan rabbit people who munch on leaves all day, lie naked in the forest and say om an awful lot. But the fact of the matter is that plants, whether you are a carnivore or not, are the future and do come with an abundance of health benefits that (though utterly sumptuously delicious) meat, fish and dairy simply do not behold.
So, to excite you a little more about the salata life, I'm here with some salad hacks to get your healthy mode on. Heck, I'm not saying throw five guys out the window and never make a cheese toastie, or splurge on sashimi - GOD ACTUALLY FORBID! 🤯🙀🥯🍠🧀🥓🥩🍳🍔🍖🍗🍕🍣🍤 YOU eat what YOU want, and don't let anyone influence you to deprive yourself of the things YOU enjoy. Life is too short. Seriously.
